We specialize in Screen Printing and Digital printing. We screen print up to 133 LPI using the finest solvent, UV, Waterbase and specialty inks to suit application specific requirements.

Color & Texture

We have matching shades to both the Pantone Matching Systems and Ral Shade Card and they are matched up to 2Δ on a variety of substrates. To further enhance the visual cosmetics select from Gloss or Matte UV Textured finishes and special effects.


Can be treated for Clear transparency for use with LCD’s / Displays or filtered transparent in Red, Green, Amber, Yellow, Violet and Smoke Grey for use with LED’ and Displays with Selective Hard Coat and Anti Glare Finishes.

Dead Front Panels

Are secret-til-lit panels which are visible when they are lit.

Electroluminescent Panels

Can be both standard or custom designed and be integrated in any design panel adding a creative visual appeal to the graphics.

Illuminated Keys

Providing a uniform backlight to keys which can be created in multiple colours, borders, icons, text without blind zones.


A third dimension can be added to any part of the panel. PAD type gives a conventional panel appearance usually having tactile feedback and RIM type raises the entire edge of the switch ensuring better location and contact.


Is a system of raised dots that can be read with the fingers of people who are visually impaired or who have low vision. Similarly various solutions can be designed as per application and requirement.

3D Effects

A 3D effect can be crafted on the surface either by screen printing or can be thermoformed to create the effect which has both high environmental and mechanical durability. It can be in various shapes, sizes and text.

Tactile Feedback

To ensure a response is registered or to make the contact when a switch is pressed a snap action dome is embedded. They come in various shapes and sizes and can be selectively Gold Plated or Nickel plated .There are two types of Domes : Metal and Polydomes.


We design and process 3D Labels, Emblems, Logos, selective keys and text with PU / Optically Clear Epoxy Resins, doming to add the 3rd dimension. They can be designed in any shape or size.


Built in shielding layers can be provided to minimize or eliminate EMI / RFI of Static Interference using Copper, Aluminum shields and or Carbon or Silver Grids with tabs.

Interchangeable Legends

Where preprinted information cannot be included in the Graphic layers a series of pockets can be engineered to accept additional legend strips thus making the panel’s user definable and friendly.

Embedded SMD Components

Such as LED’s, Resistors on flexible membranes both active and passive components on printed circuit boards using multiple packages such as 0603, 1206.


There are various solutions available Crimped Female connector with housing and or Crimped Male without housing, ZIF Zero Insertion force edge connector, Compatible connectors with polarization and locking can be soldered to the PCB and are available for
0.5 mm -2.54 mm pitch. Higher pitch ranges on request.

Hardware & Spacers

Both metallic and nylon polymers are incorporated on the printed circuit board. The Hardware is available in M2 – M6 metric and in various lengths and plated finishes.

Laser Cutting

The use of our laser cutting system with its optical registration allows us to consistently maintain the most stringent tolerances for prototyping and tooling for production.

Sub Assemblies

The panel can be provided with metal or plastic back plates and mounted with requisite hardware. Printed Circuit Boards can also be supplied with wave soldered components and Surface Mount device assemblies, encoders and controllers.


We can adapt and design various input device solutions to be mounted on standard enclosures. We have a range of standard switch solutions which can be adapted on the BOPLA range of enclosures or any other equivalent and similar. Custom solutions are also available.

Ingress Protection (IP)

The various degrees of protection can be provided against intrusion of dust, water or both as per your specification and requirements.


Navigation pointing devices, readers, components, mimics, LED displays etc can be integrated as part of the subassembly or wherever required either with integrated or individual outputs.


Understanding of mechanical and electronic allows the combined integration to design and develop an Integrated keyboard wherein aesthetics and functionality are succinctly blended.
